Pneumatic Push + Spin Rig

  • 12” maximum pneumatic stroke; can be limited by adjusting the positions of end stops.

  • Uses ½” rod, with a ¼” end bore and set screw for end plates and accessories.

  • All aluminum construction.

  • Motor, pneumatic trigger, and air pressure connectors tidied together on one plate.

  • Stabilizing foot for use when vertical on the floor

  • Two ⅝” grip studs.

  • Two bubble levels to help align rig vertically.

Stuffing Box

  • Used for mounting the rig vertically on the underside of a tank filled with liquid, with the rod extending up through the tank.

  • 4” x 4” x 1” aluminum block with gasket which seals on the tank.

  • 1” spaced 12 hole pattern for mounting to the tank.

  • Stuffing box mounts to the push/spin rig with an adapting plate, which replaces the default guide plate at the end of the rig.

  • Adapter plate is mounted on rubber shock absorbers to reduce impact on the tank from the pneumatic cylinder.
